The mission of the Women's Art Museum of Canada (WAM) is to collect, preserve and present the visual art heritage of Canadian women. WAM seeks to stimulate interest, appreciation and respect for this art by educating the public about the context of its cultural production. WAM promotes inclusivity and equal opportunity for all Canadian women artists.
